MotorX is a licensed California auto broker and online platform that connects customers with franchise and certified dealerships to arrange vehicle purchases and leases. We help users discover vehicles, compare offers, and coordinate transactions entirely online or with live agent assistance.

MotorX does not own the vehicles listed on the Site, and we do not provide direct financing or credit decisions. All financing, retail installment contracts, leases, title/registration work, and delivery arrangements are handled by participating dealerships or authorized third-party providers.

• Age Requirement:  

  The Services are not intended for children under 13. Users 13–17 may use the Services only with parent or guardian consent.

• Account Security:

   If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Accuracy:

   You represent that all information you provide—including vehicle preferences, contact details, and financial data—is true, accurate, and complete.

MotorX provides tools allowing users to adjust down payments, mileage, and lease terms for estimation purposes. These figures are estimates only and do not represent binding quotes or offers. Final pricing and approval are determined by the participating dealership or finance provider after reviewing your completed application.

All materials on the Site—including text, photos, graphics, videos, and logos—are owned by MotorX or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

MotorX may include links or integrations to third-party websites or platforms (e.g., dealership portals, lender applications, mapping tools). We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or data practices. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, emails, and text messages from MotorX and participating dealerships regarding inquiries, transactions, and promotions (message/data rates may apply).

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or replying “STOP” to text messages. Transactional communications (e.g., application updates or deal confirmations) may still be sent as legally permitted.

You agree that MotorX may provide disclosures and agreements electronically and accept your digital signatures as legally binding. You may withdraw consent where allowed by law, though doing so may delay transaction processing.

Your use of the Services is governed by the MotorX Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Include all required elements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). MotorX may remove content and terminate repeat infringers as appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotorX and its officers, affiliates, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to MotorX in the preceding one (1) month, or (b) $100.

Some jurisdictions restrict limitations of liability; where prohibited, these limits apply to the maximum extent allowed.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MotorX and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, all provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Arbitration) will remain in effect.
